Global Outreach is seeking support for the 2026 Bahati Scholarship Program which supports deserving high school students in one of the poorest areas of Nairobi, Kenya. Started in 2005, the program has provided funding for more than 300 students. Each year there are a number of community activities in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. On Thursday, January 15, there is an Interfaith Service at 7 PM at Mount Calvary Baptist Church. In January, February and March the popular fellowship program returns. Groups of seven or eight people gather once a month for fun, food and getting to know one another.
