Bahati Scholars ~ Impacting Young Lives in Nairobi

Global Outreach is seeking support for the 2026 Bahati Scholarship Program which supports deserving high school students in one of the poorest areas of Nairobi, Kenya. Started in 2005, the program has provided funding for more than 300 students. Bahati Scholarships cover school tuition, uniforms and school fees, personal items, transportation to and from school each term and for mid-term breaks, salary for a social worker who manages the program, and a general fund for medica

Programs in Honor of MLK

Each year there are a number of community activities in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. On Thursday, January 15, there is an Interfaith Service at 7 PM at Mount Calvary Baptist Church. On January 19, many from FPC will participate in the march which begins at Hilton Head High School. For more info on MLK events, use the button below.
