Texan Kristin Schell knew God wanted her to love her neighbors, so she put a turquoise table in her front yard and started meeting the folks on her street. As a result, a hospitality movement began across America. In all fifty states and 13 countries Turquoise Tables have come to be known as a safe place to sit down and connect—kind of like the old village well. A spot for neighbors, friends, and even strangers to hang out and interact with one another. The Evangelism & Engagement Workgroup hopes FPC’s new turquoise table will become a welcoming place to gather and love one another.
